If your vacuum is still under manufacturer warranty, we’re here to help.

We are an authorized warranty service center for select brands and provide professional diagnostics and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Warranty service is performed at our Daytona Beach store, Richard’s Vacuum Center.

 

In-Store Warranty Repairs Only

All warranty repairs must be completed in person at our store.

  • Vacuums must be brought in for inspection
  • We do not offer mail-in or remote warranty service
  • Warranty eligibility is determined after inspection

This ensures repairs are handled correctly and meet manufacturer requirements.

How the Process Works

    1. Bring Your Vacuum In
      Visit our store so our technicians can evaluate the issue.
    2. Provide Proof of Purchase
      A receipt may be required to verify warranty coverage.
    3. Inspection & Warranty Verification
      We’ll determine whether the issue qualifies under the manufacturer’s warranty.
    4. Repair
      Covered repairs are completed using genuine manufacturer parts.
    5. Pickup
      We’ll contact you when your vacuum is ready.

 

What Is Covered Under Warranty?

Warranty coverage typically includes defects in materials or workmanship during normal household use.

The following are usually not covered:

  • Routine maintenance items (belts, bags, filters, brush rolls)
  • Blockages or clogs
  • Damage to power cords
  • Liquid damage (unless the vacuum is designed for wet use)
  • Issues caused by misuse or lack of maintenance

Coverage varies by brand and model and is determined by the manufacturer.

If a repair is not covered, we’ll explain the issue and review your options before any work is done.
