In-Store Repairs vs. Service Calls

Some central vacuum repairs can be handled right here in our store, while others require an on-site service call depending on the issue.

Service calls are required for issues involving:

• The central vacuum power unit
• Piping inside the walls

To ensure proper diagnosis and avoid unnecessary damage, we do not recommend or accept central vacuum power units being brought into the store by homeowners. Issues involving the unit or built-in system components are best evaluated during a service call.
