From upright and canister vacuums to cordless and central vacuum systems, we work with many brands and models every day.

Service is performed at our Daytona Beach store, Richard’s Vacuum Center.

Warranty & Non-Warranty Repairs

We handle both manufacturer warranty repairs and out-of-warranty service.

As an authorized warranty service center, we provide manufacturer-approved repairs for select brands, including:

  • Miele
  • Riccar
  • Simplicity
  • Titan
  • Kirby

If your vacuum is under warranty, we’ll diagnose the issue and complete any covered repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.

For out-of-warranty machines, we offer full diagnostic and repair services using high-quality replacement parts whenever possible.

Common Repairs We Perform

Our technicians regularly service a wide range of issues, including:

  • Loss of suction
  • Broken belts or worn brush rolls
  • Electrical cord damage
  • Motor or performance issues
  • Clogged hoses or internal airways
  • Power nozzle problems
  • Worn or damaged attachments

In many cases, timely repairs can extend the life of your vacuum for years.

Routine Maintenance

Like any appliance, vacuums benefit from regular maintenance. Periodic service helps maintain performance and can prevent larger repairs over time.

Maintenance may include:

  • Internal cleaning
  • Belt replacement
  • Brush roll cleaning or replacement
  • Filter inspection or replacement
  • Checking for clogs or airflow restrictions

Full-Service Cleaning

Our full-service cleaning is one of our most popular services and is designed to restore your vacuum as close to like-new condition as possible.

Over time, vacuums collect dust, hair, and debris deep inside the machine. During this service, the vacuum is fully disassembled and each component is cleaned individually.

This service typically includes:

  • Complete disassembly
  • Deep cleaning of internal components
  • Removal of built-up debris and odor sources
  • Cleaning of motor housing and internal compartments
  • Inspection for worn or damaged parts
  • Reassembly and full performance testing

Regular deep cleaning can improve performance, reduce odors, and help extend the life of your vacuum.
