Our local showroom, Richard's Vacuum Center, is open Tuesdays - Fridays from 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturdays 9:00 to 12:00. We are closed on Sundays & Mondays. If you call or send us a message outside of our regular business hours we will get back to you the next business day.

Shipping is FREE on orders over $200.00 and on all Austin Air products. Most vacuums also ship FREE.
